The building code officer is
responsible for the enforcements of all building codes,
including electrical, plumbing, etc. and also acts as the
enforcement officer for certain aspects of the zoning ordinance.
The code enforcement officer issues building, plumbing,
electrical, propane, sanitary, driveway and occupancy permits.
